Refund Policy

Note: For convenience, this document is also provided in Hebrew translation. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the Hebrew version and the English version, the English version shall prevail and be binding.

At FreedomUp LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services, online courses, and workshops. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund may be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding refunds for our services, courses, and workshops.

1. Consulting Services

For consulting services, we offer the following refund terms:

Full Refund: Clients may request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing the consulting service or within 3 days of completing the first consultation session if they are dissatisfied with it, unless otherwise specified in writing. To qualify for a refund, clients must provide feedback regarding their dissatisfaction and request the refund in writing.

Non-Refundable Fee: After the aforementioned periods, payments for consulting services that have already been provided are non-refundable.

2. Pre-Recorded Online Digital Courses

For pre-recorded online digital courses, our refund policy is as follows:

Full Refund: Students may request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing the course. To qualify, students must not have completed more than 15% of the course content and must request the refund in writing, unless otherwise specified in the product terms on our website.

Partial Refund: If a student has completed more than 15% of the course but is still within the 14-day period from purchase and is dissatisfied, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion based on the content already accessed.

After 14 Days: After 14 days from purchase, no refund, partial or full, will be provided regardless of actual course usage.

3. Live Workshops and Sessions

For in-person workshops, online workshops, Zoom sessions, and any live real-time sessions, the refund policy is:

Cancellation by the Participant: Registrations may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase and in any case no later than 7 days before the workshop begins. Cancellations will receive a refund minus 10% of the full cost. After this period, registrations cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by FreedomUp LLC: In the event that a workshop is canceled by FreedomUp LLC, participants will receive a full refund or may opt to transfer their registration to a future workshop.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email with your order details to info@freedomup.co and include the following information:

• Your full name
• The product or service for which you are requesting a refund
• The reason for the request
• Any supporting documentation if applicable

5. Processing Refunds

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Exceptions and Specific Terms

This refund policy does not apply to any promotional offers or discounted services that may be subject to different terms. Clear communication regarding any specific terms or conditions will accompany promotional offers.

If the cancellation policy for a specific course or workshop differs from the general policy above, the specific terms will appear in writing on the official sales page of that course or workshop and will apply instead of the general policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

FreedomUp reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
