At FreedomUp LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services, online courses, and workshops. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund may be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding refunds for our services, courses, and workshops.

1. Consulting Services

For consulting services, we offer the following refund terms:

  • Full Refund: Clients may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial consultation if they are unsatisfied for any reason. To qualify for a refund, clients must provide feedback regarding their dissatisfaction and request the refund in writing.
  • Non-Refundable Fee: After the 30 days, payments for consulting services that have already been provided are non-refundable.

2. Online Courses

For online courses, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: Students may request a full refund within 30 days of purchasing the course. To qualify for a refund, students must not have completed more than 40% of the course content and must request the refund in writing.
  • Partial Refund: If a student has completed more than 40% of the course but is dissatisfied, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion based on the content already accessed.

3. Workshops

For workshops, the refund policy is:

  • Cancellation by the Participant: If a participant cancels their registration 7 days or more before the workshop, they are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellation by FreedomUp LLC: In the event that a workshop is canceled by FreedomUp LLC, participants will receive a full refund or may opt to transfer their registration to a future workshop.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email with your order details to info@freedom-up.com  and include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The product or service for which you are requesting a refund
  • The reason for the request
  • Any supporting documentation if applicable

5. Processing Refunds

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within5  business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Exceptions

This refund policy does not apply to any promotional offers or discounted services that may be subject to different terms. Clear communication regarding any specific terms or conditions will accompany promotional offers.

7. Changes to This Policy

FreedomUp reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
